Because your ottoman is made from scratch in our workshop in Wales, there’s a lot more happening behind the scenes than simply shipping it to you, pre-made, from a warehouse. Once your order is placed, it will make it’s way through our workshop and our team of real people to be made. We always make sure we have all the information and materials before we get started.
